1)  What do I need to complete an order?
You will need a valid email address, a valid credit card and an accurate shipping address.

2)  How do I place an order?
To begin the ordering process, you select the products you would like and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have added an item to your cart, you will see the option to begin the checkout process.

3)  Will an invoice be shipped with the box?
We do not include invoices in the box. Your gift recipient will not see details such as order total or transaction information. These details are sent to the purchaser by email.

4)  Is my credit card secure?
Our shopping cart pages are secured by Thawte, a leading global Certification Authority that uses stringent authentication and verification processes to ensure your credit card information is safe. Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, we encrypt your billing information when we process your order. This means that it is protected and not readable until it is received by the payment gateway.

5)  Can I send a gift note?
Yes. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter a note for your shipment(s). The gift note will be included with your selected product when it ships.

6)  Can I ship to multiple recipients?
Yes, you can ship products to as many recipients as you wish. At the shipping address page, you will have the option to enter multiple shipping addresses and match products with each one.

7)  Will you send me shipping notification?
We will automatically notify you by email when your order is shipped.

8)  Can I schedule a special delivery date?
Yes. If you need delivery for a special occasion, we can help. Please call us at 978.429.8485 and we’ll make every effort to have your order arrive for a specific date.

9)  What days of the week do you deliver?
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, unless warm weather is an issue. Our standard shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. We will ship on Thursday and Friday if our assessment of weather is that it won’t impact the chocolates. We generally do not ship for Saturday delivery.

10)  Can I ship to an APO or FPO box?
No, we are unable to ship to an APO or FPO box.

11)  Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

12)  Can I ship to a P.O. box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver any packages to a P.O. box.

14)  How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?
Every newsletter email sent contains a link to unsubscribe or change how often you receive email.

15)  Are orders guaranteed?
We stand by the quality and freshness of our products. Each package is hand packed and we take the utmost care to ensure that all products arrive intact. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Exceptions may apply with hot weather shipping.

17)  How big are Cubze?
Approximately 1 ounce. Each is about 1 cubic inch in size.

18)  Do your products have nuts?
Several of our chocolate and ice cream products have nuts. All of our products are manufactured in facilities with shared equipment that also processes wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. In our store, we do offer a selection of Nut-Free Chocolates manufactured in peanut- and tree nut-free facilities.
